System requirements:
- Internet browser: Internet Explorer 6 or Firefox (or greater)
- Windows Media Player 9 or above
- Mac users: OS X or higher. Safari
- Office 2003 (or PowerPoint Viewer 2003 which is available to download for free)

Technical advice: troubleshooting
- The 50 reasons flag and/or the videos don't work
To view the videos and the 50 reasons flag, the Adobe Flash player is required. To download the up-to-date version of the player go to: www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer
Alternatively, the CD also contains '.exe' (PC) and '.hqx' (Mac) versions of the 50 reasons flag, which do not require the Flash player. - The PowerPoint Presentations don't work
The PowerPoint presentations use Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. You can download a copy of the PowerPoint 2003 Viewer for free. The PowerPoint Viewer is a program used to run presentations on computers that don't have Microsoft PowerPoint installed. - The high quality video clips (in the teachers notes) don't work
Windows Media Player 9 or higher is required to play the video files, which is available free from: www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia - The sound will not play
Try the following steps to ensure sound will play correctly:
Check your sound card (if you have one) is installed correctly.
Check your headphones/speakers are plugged in correctly.
Check your volume is turned up sufficiently.
